What is ToolHut?
ToolHut is flat-price automation software for trades businesses. You choose the packages that fix your biggest headaches, and we build and run each one for you — no installs and no per-seat fees.
How much does ToolHut cost?
Pricing is flat and transparent: a $49/month platform base plus each package's monthly price, with a one-time $149 setup. Choose two or more packages and the software prices drop 10%. There are no contracts and no per-user charges.
Which trades is ToolHut built for?
Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, concrete, excavation and grading, landscaping, painting, and more than 20 other trades.
Do I have to install anything?
No. Everything runs in the cloud. You get a Hut in your browser and updates on your phone — nothing to download or maintain.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Each package is its own monthly subscription and cancels on its own. Cancel within 14 days of first billing and you are refunded in full — the one-time setup fee comes back too.
How is ToolHut different from a CRM?
A CRM is a database you have to keep feeding. ToolHut does the work for you — answering calls, following up on quotes, sending reminders, and collecting deposits — automatically.
