What it does

Gives you an apply-to address for your job ads. When somebody applies, we read the application, reply in your name with your screening questions, and email you a short summary of who they are. Their answers come back to the same thread and land on the same record.

Exactly what happens

These are the behaviors the build is tested against before it goes live.

When an application arrives at your apply address the applicant is sent your screening questions and you are emailed a summary
When the applicant answers those questions their answers are attached to the same applicant record and you are told
When the apply address is not a live business that bought this nothing is written and no reply is sent

What it costs

+$59per month, added to your plan

Every account starts from a $49 monthly platform fee, and a one-time $149 setup. Crew size never changes it, and running more than one system takes 10% off your systems. Your actual total is shown before you pay anything — nothing is charged until you approve the quote.

Going over does not switch anything off, and nothing is added to your bill on its own. If your volume settles above the line we talk to you first and you agree to the new price before it starts — that is the whole policy.
